Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be willing and able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for controlled substances
- Must comply with grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to perform moderate physical demands such as lifting and bending
- Must not consume alcohol during work hours
- This is a temporary employment position limited to 28 weeks
- Must have emergency and safety training completion
- Must be able to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
Job Qualifications
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work minimum 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to meet grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hours including arranging tables, linens, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Greet guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions regarding menu items
- Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve food and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events
