Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years old
  • Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Must be willing and able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for controlled substances
  • Must comply with grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
  • Must be able to perform moderate physical demands such as lifting and bending
  • Must not consume alcohol during work hours
  • This is a temporary employment position limited to 28 weeks
  • Must have emergency and safety training completion
  • Must be able to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • At least eighteen years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work minimum 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
  • Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to meet grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hours including arranging tables, linens, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • Greet guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions regarding menu items
  • Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve food and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
  • Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events
