Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to serve 3 to 6 tables simultaneously after training
- capacity to engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- proficiency in using computer systems to process orders
- legal age to serve alcohol and ability to verify guest IDs
- capacity to handle cash and various payment methods accurately
- good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- ability to perform side-work and maintain cleanliness
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- have complete knowledge of this restaurants food and beverage menu
- after training, have the ability to serve 3 to 6 tables at a time and meet or exceed the companys best in class standards, described in training
- able to consistently up sell alcohol and food items
- able to use a computer to ring orders on a check
- able to interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner
- able to accept different types of payment and make change
- maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- ability to clear and reset tables quickly
- ability to correctly check identification of a guest to ensure guests are at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages
- refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age
- if consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guests behavior, count number of drinks served, and if the server feels they should not drive, always inform management
- all guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- always strive to exceed guests expectations
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform
- well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential
- communicates with managers to inform them of any unhappy guest
- takes and fills togo orders, if applicable
