Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- present and settle the bill timely, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
