Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
  • Experience in fine dining helpful
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
  • Being familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges, and room service and know the function of each job position
  • Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets
  • Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
