Job Requirements

Must be able to work flexible shifts including mornings, midday, and evenings
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Availability to work on any day of the week including weekends
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must have a neat and clean appearance
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a Server is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Positive attitude and professionalism
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
Practices positive public relations to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment
Aware of guests’ needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers
Understands product specifications and ensures accurate billing
Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
Reports equipment and facility problems to management
Adheres to correct table bussing procedures
Follows safe work practices
Performs cleaning duties according to duty roster and quality standards
Complies with local health department laws
