Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- friendly and positive attitude
- ability to multitask efficiently
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- process payments and prepare checks accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
