Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- must be at least 18 years of age
- fluent+ fully conversational in English
- must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- able to lift up to 35 lbs in weight
- must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- must be flexible
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
- Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurants dining and service stations
- Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- Assist team members as needed
- Inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
