Job Requirements
- Must have a Certified Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service training
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and trustworthy
- High energy and great communication skills
- Ability to stand for entire shift with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30lbs
- Attention to detail and willingness to provide exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Guide guests through all phases of their dining experience
- Clearly and proficiently inform customers of Chef's specials, menu changes, and additions
- Take food and beverage orders and suggest menu items
- Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service with team members
- Work with bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain stocked service stations
- Respond proactively to guests' needs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Manage appropriate inventory and equipment condition
- Communicate customer needs and incidents to management and staff
- Follow company and health department procedures and policies
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
