Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work long shifts of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing and extended standing or walking
- Mandatory pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and controlled substances
- Prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
- Commitment to following grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to participate in emergency and safety training
- Willingness to work in a temporary position not exceeding 28 weeks
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Willingness to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
- Emergency and safety function training completion
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines, and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Relay orders efficiently to the galley
- Serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring proper presentation, garnishing, and decoration
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
