Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Must be able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited while employed
  • Must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • Must be willing to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation
  • This is temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willing and able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
  • Ability to work under pressure with composure and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
  • Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
  • Perform additional functions such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
  • Maintain hospitality standards and uphold company values during all guest interactions
