Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- able to lift, bend, climb, and stand or walk for extended periods
- pass a pre-employment drug test
- comply with grooming standards
- no alcohol consumption while on duty
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- able to comply with grooming standards regarding tattoos and piercings
- pass pre-employment drug test
- maintain positive attitude and composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- relay orders to the galley, serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
