Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • able to lift, bend, climb, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • pass a pre-employment drug test
  • comply with grooming standards
  • no alcohol consumption while on duty

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
  • able to comply with grooming standards regarding tattoos and piercings
  • pass pre-employment drug test
  • maintain positive attitude and composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
  • relay orders to the galley, serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
  • perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
