Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in fast-casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas
- Maintain strong communication with team members and management
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and positively
- Assist in training new staff members as needed
