Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in fast-casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in fast-casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food service certifications in accordance with state requirements
  • Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution techniques
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and management
  • Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and positively
  • Assist in training new staff members as needed
