Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
able to work up to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for 28 weeks
able to lift, bend, climb and stand or walk for long periods
pass mandatory pre-employment drug test
no alcohol consumption while onboard
adhere to grooming standards
temporary position limited to 28 weeks
willing to participate in emergency and safety training
able to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years old
American citizen or Green Card holder
able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing and walking for extended periods
able to pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
willing to follow grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
possess a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
prior hospitality experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
cater to all culinary requests efficiently
acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, answer questions about menu items
relay orders accurately to galley and serve food and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and garnishing
perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, catering evening entertainment
