Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- follow Applebee's Basic Service Steps to ensure quality service
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to accommodate guests' needs
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
