Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of age
- Ability to follow safety and sanitary protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina for food service tasks
- Availability to work weekdays mornings
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties as assigned

- Physically able to perform cleaning and serving tasks
Job Duties
- Meet with kitchen staff and Director daily to review menu and specials
- Perform assigned food preparation duties such as brewing coffee and pouring juices
- Use correct serving techniques serving from right and clearing from left
- Clear and wash tables after meals using proper procedures
- Prepare tables for the next meal service
- Maintain a clean work and dining area at all times
- Perform general cleaning assignments in the kitchen
