Job Requirements
- At least 19 years of age upon date of hire
- Ability to lift 30 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally
- Reliable and punctual
- Well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform
- Ability to work effectively with bussers, cooks, and other staff
- Capable of handling customer complaints professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
