Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to work minimum 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Prohibit alcohol consumption while onboard
- Be prepared to complete emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Have the ability to work long hours, including standing and walking for extended periods
- Demonstrate physical ability to lift, bend, and climb as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- Be willing to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging tables, linens, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentable and garnished dishes
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain compliance with safety and grooming standards
