Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a Green Card
- Willing and able to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- No consumption of alcohol while employed onboard
- Comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
- Be physically capable of meeting moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Comply with pre-employment drug testing and safety training requirements
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down dining areas including tables, linens, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests promptly and professionally
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- Relay orders accurately to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care and attention to presentation
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and assisting with evening entertainment
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to grooming and safety standards
