Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
  • willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing
  • able to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • able to follow safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and kindly answer any guest questions about menu items
  • relay orders to the galley efficiently and serve various courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
  • perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
