Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing
- able to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- able to follow safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and kindly answer any guest questions about menu items
- relay orders to the galley efficiently and serve various courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
