Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Available to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days per week for 28 weeks
- Physical ability to perform moderate labor including lifting, bending, climbing, standing and walking for extended periods
- Compliance with pre-employment drug testing and alcohol abstinence policy
- Acceptance of grooming standards
- Willingness to perform emergency and safety functions
- Temporary employment for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive attitude

Job Qualifications
- At least eighteen years of age

- Willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Commitment to abstain from alcohol consumption while on duty
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and other controlled substances
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and answer questions about menu items
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and garnishment
- Greet guests upon embarkation, serve afternoon teas and snacks, and cater evening entertainment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout service
