Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days per week, up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- must pass pre-employment drug test including screening for marijuana and other controlled substances
- alcohol consumption prohibited while onboard
- must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- temporary employment limited to 28 weeks
- willingness to participate in emergency and safety training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and garnishing
- greet guests upon embarkation, serve afternoon teas and snacks, and support evening entertainment events
