Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of prior server experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- English fluency
- TIPS certification obtained within 90 days of hire
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like stooping and kneeling
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent and fully conversational in English
- Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, holidays and bad weather conditions
Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions/allergies
- Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant dining and service stations
- Communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- Assist team members as needed
- Inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, inquiries
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
