Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of prior server experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • English fluency
  • TIPS certification obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like stooping and kneeling
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a server
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fluent and fully conversational in English
  • Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Must be available to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, holidays and bad weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • Greet guests pleasantly
  • Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions/allergies
  • Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
  • Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant dining and service stations
  • Communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, inquiries
  • Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
  • Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
  • Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
