Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- physical stamina and endurance for long work shifts
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- willingness to adapt to a temporary position lasting 28 weeks
- ability to work onboard a ship for extended periods
- commitment to professional grooming and conduct standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work minimum 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing and walking for extended periods
- able to pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- no consumption of alcohol while on duty
- compliance with grooming standards including visible tattoos and piercings limitations
- work well under pressure with composure and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- set-up and break-down meal service areas including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- acknowledge guests by name and escort them to tables
- present and explain food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation quality
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
