- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a table-service restaurant
- valid alcohol certification
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- willing to work on feet for extended periods
- basic bookkeeping knowledge
- working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
