Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
valid identification and legal authorization to work in the United States
physical stamina and endurance for long shifts
willingness to undergo background and drug screening
commitment to temporary 28-week employment contract
availability to work flexible and extended hours
excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
able to pass pre-employment drug test
able to abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
able to comply with grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
able to work under pressure, maintain composure, and have a positive attitude

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
cater to all culinary requests efficiently
acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring proper presentation
greet guests upon embarkation, serve afternoon teas and snacks, and cater evening entertainment events
