Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work long hours daily and weekly for the entire season
- physical fitness to perform moderate lifting, bending, climbing, standing, or walking
- no use of alcohol during work hours
- pass federally mandated drug screening
- willingness to follow all safety training and emergency procedures
- comply with grooming standards
- temporary availability for 28 weeks
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years old
- be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- have ability and willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- be able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- maintain composure and positive attitude under pressure
- demonstrate commitment to safety and guest service
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- set-up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, answer questions
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation
- perform additional duties including greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
