Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work long hours daily and weekly for the entire season
  • physical fitness to perform moderate lifting, bending, climbing, standing, or walking
  • no use of alcohol during work hours
  • pass federally mandated drug screening
  • willingness to follow all safety training and emergency procedures
  • comply with grooming standards
  • temporary availability for 28 weeks
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least eighteen years old
  • be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • have ability and willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • be able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
  • adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • maintain composure and positive attitude under pressure
  • demonstrate commitment to safety and guest service

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • set-up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, answer questions
  • relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring proper presentation
  • perform additional duties including greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
