Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- pre-employment drug test is required including testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances
- consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited
- comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- willingness to embrace emergency and safety functions as part of job training
- strong composure and positive attitude under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and kindly answer any questions about menu items
- relay orders to the galley and serve various courses and beverages with care, ensuring items look presentable and properly garnished
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
