Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year experience in hospitality or senior living
strong communication skills in English
ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
legally authorized to work in the United States
willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service restaurant or senior living preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible schedules
commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frames
communicate effectively with residents and staff both verbally and in writing
maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas including kitchen and dining rooms
demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
provide exceptional customer service catering to the needs of senior residents
