Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required - we will train you
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
Ability to communicate effectively and politely with guests and team members
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic restaurant setting
Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
Maintains proper sanitation practices and adheres to safety procedures
Collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
Provides courteous and professional interaction with all guests and team members
