Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be willing and able to work up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week
- Must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting and prolonged standing
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana
- Must adhere to grooming standards
- Consumption of alcohol strictly prohibited while on duty
- Must be able to work on shipboard for 28 weeks
- Must complete required emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- Must maintain positive attitude and composure

Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to maintain composure and positive attitude under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of hospitality or customer service is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour dining areas including tables, linens, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- Greet guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishing
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events
