Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for 28 weeks
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must adhere to grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- Must not consume alcohol while working
- Must be able to perform emergency and safety functions as trained
- Must handle moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Temporary position limited to 28 weeks

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus and suggest courses and wines
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentable and garnished items
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Follow safety and grooming standards onboard
