Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for 28 weeks
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
  • Must adhere to grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
  • Must not consume alcohol while working
  • Must be able to perform emergency and safety functions as trained
  • Must handle moderate physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
  • Temporary position limited to 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus and suggest courses and wines
  • Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentable and garnished items
  • Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
  • Follow safety and grooming standards onboard
