Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or customer service experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • A desire to care for others, grow, and learn
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats
  • Ability to transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar and kitchen about 30 times per shift
  • Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Ability to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds about 15 times per shift

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests
  • Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
  • Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
  • Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
  • Observe and serve guests responding to any needs or requests
  • Present guest checks to each table and facilitate payment including making correct change or completing charge card procedures
  • Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables
