Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen utensils and equipment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull continuously
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance the overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- Assist in the delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations® memory care and Club Room
- Support special events and private functions by providing exceptional service
- Deliver service in The Sterling Touch® professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely manner
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor to maintain community standards and procedures
- Ensure resident satisfaction through attentive and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of dining areas
