Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
knowledge of food and beverage preparation
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Job Duties

Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
helping guests select menu items by thoroughly going over food and bar menus
recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's features, and identifying wines
answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
making managers aware of any special accommodations such as food allergies
maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area
completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
