Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- helping guests select menu items by thoroughly going over food and bar menus
- recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's features, and identifying wines
- answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
- making managers aware of any special accommodations such as food allergies
- maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area
- completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
