- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
- ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- must comply with dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance
- ability to operate Micros point of sale system
- ability to handle cash and conduct credit card transactions accurately
- strong communication skills in English

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report issues to manager
- greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain understanding of menu items and preparation
- enter orders into Micros point of sale system accurately
- ensure proper garnishing and delivery of food trays
- work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out policy
- assist in party set up and breakdown, bussing and resetting tables
- help other team members as needed
- complete station side work at beginning and end of shifts
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- follow portion control for cost efficiency
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
- keep station clean and organized
- foster positive working relationships with all team members
- communicate enthusiastically with guests about the Dave & Buster's experience
- operate Micros system accurately and manage cash transactions
- maintain professional appearance and dress code
- listen and communicate clearly in English
- be at least 18 years old
