Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
willingness to learn and follow company policies
ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
excellent personal hygiene and grooming
ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and collaboration skills
basic math skills for handling payments
reliable and punctual
previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests politely and efficiently
take accurate food and drink orders
deliver orders promptly and courteously
maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions
ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving complaints
handle cash and process payments correctly
follow health and safety regulations including sanitation procedures
