Job Requirements

  • must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
  • must be able to communicate in, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
  • must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations from time to time
  • must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
  • must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25lbs

Job Duties

  • communicates effectively with guests
  • must be enthusiastic and make the guest feel appreciated through his/her actions
  • obtains information regarding specials, side work, assigned station, and etc. from a manager at the start of a shift
  • has a thorough knowledge of the steps of service and all of their components and use them to manage his/her section effectively
  • work as a team with all of our personnel
  • maintains running side work throughout the shift and completes closing side work at end of the shift as assigned by the manager
  • accepts guest payment, processes credit card charges and makes a change (if applicable)
  • performs other related duties as assigned by management
