- ServSafe certification required
- Food Handler certification required
- Alcohol certification required
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System

Job Duties
- Be proactive with greeting all guests in the theater before they request for service
- answer Plex Call System on time to assist guests
- embody nice and amazing service by following all in-seat dining procedures
- guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling opportunities
- greet guests upon arrival and say goodbye whenever possible
- run food and beverages, buss trays, clean seats, and support other team members
- input food orders accurately and check back with guests
- obtain credit cards at order time for smooth payment
- process payments responsibly and timely
- implement alcohol service and safety training including not over-serving
- process daily server paperwork accurately
- check patron identification for age verification
- navigate guest complaints or escalate to management
- assist with crowd control and seating
- communicate projection issues to relevant staff
- report maintenance and guest complaints to management
- complete all required opening, mid, and closing procedures
- attend trainings and meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
