Job Requirements
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable being on feet for most of the day
- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork mentality
- Willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain composure and thrive during busy periods
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to player visits
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Maintain strong presence and teamwork with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe playing environment
- Live and uphold Topgolf’s core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring daily
