Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide friendly and responsive guest service
Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Basic knowledge of food and beverages
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Welcome and greet guests
Make guests feel comfortable and express personal attention
Inform guests of specials and menu changes
Make genuine recommendations based on guests’ preferences
Answer questions about food, beverages, and facilities
Take food and beverage orders using point-of-sale system
Deliver orders to guests promptly
Perform side work at beginning and end of shifts
Maintain clean service areas
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly
Prepare final bill and process payments
Assist fellow servers as needed
Help bus persons clear and reset tables
Thank guests and invite repeat visits
Fill in where needed to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a positive attitude and smile
