Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Capability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile upon seating
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Collect and deliver food orders promptly
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
