- At least 18 years old
- minimum one year experience as a server in fast-casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED
- proficiency with POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant work
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work within open hours
