Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills
- physical stamina required for carrying trays and setting up tables
- friendly and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a server or in customer service a plus
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
- customer service orientation
- bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- provide outstanding guest service with a warm hospitality rapport, anticipating guest needs, responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- present menus and assist customers in making food and beverage choices
- take orders, answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- serve food in a timely and pleasant manner
- position, prepare, deliver and set up room service consistent brand standards
- collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- other duties as assigned
