Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or server role
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with a team
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- pick up and timely deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- timely deliver and settle the bill, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
