Job Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality
- Superior temperament, adaptable nature and superior communication skills
- Food and beverage knowledge preferred
- The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Possess an innate desire to provide superior service and keep your guest experience at the forefront
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, inform guests of food preparation details and promote specials
- Prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks
- Always deliver an experience of warm relaxed hospitality
- Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Support all Tom's team members
- Ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality
- Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, an outgoing nature and a pleasant, professional appearance
- Greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed
- Must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience
