  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Educate guests about menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining areas, and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately
  • Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including bussing tables and assisting with clean-up
