- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Educate guests about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately
- Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including bussing tables and assisting with clean-up
