Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in a restaurant serving role preferred but not required
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Friendly and positive demeanor with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Willingness to learn and apply the Five Steps of Service
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively applying the Five Steps of Service
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Treat customers and team members with kindness, respect, and professionalism
- Serve safe, high-quality, chef-curated food efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations and answer questions
- Multi-task effectively by managing tableside responsibilities including order taking and food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
