Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in a restaurant serving role preferred but not required
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Friendly and positive demeanor with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and apply the Five Steps of Service
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively applying the Five Steps of Service
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Treat customers and team members with kindness, respect, and professionalism
  • Serve safe, high-quality, chef-curated food efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations and answer questions
  • Multi-task effectively by managing tableside responsibilities including order taking and food delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
