Job Duties
- Setting up and breaking down event spaces or dining rooms
- taking orders, serving food and drinks, or keeping buffets stocked
- entering orders using the POS system
- interacting with members and guests on a regular basis, must always keep a professional and welcoming attitude
- tableside wine service
- bussing tables and maintain an enjoyable dining space
- communicating with team members and management
- side work tasks such as polishing silverware, rolling silverware, polishing glassware, restocking, sweeping
