Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
eligible to work in the United States subject to E-Verify processing
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
strong interpersonal and communication skills
commitment to maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
willingness to learn and adapt to training
good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
deliver orders to tables ensuring quality and presentation standards
maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
assist team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service
handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
process payments and provide receipts
