Job Requirements

High school diploma
1 year of restaurant experience preferred
ability to reliably commute or relocate to Newark, DE
willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
physically able to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills
customer service orientation
ability to work as part of a team
adherence to health and safety regulations

experience with any ordering information system

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer services
greet customers and present menus
make suggestions based on their preferences
take and serve food and drinks orders
arrange table settings
keep tables clean and tidy at all times
deliver checks and collect payments
communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations and all customer service guidelines
